Where is my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification that includes your tracking number. You may use the tracking number on the carrier's website to determine the status of your order. Unless rush delivery is chosen, please allow up to three weeks for delivery of your order within the continental United States. Orders from outside the continental United States may exceed three weeks.
What if I haven't received my tracking number?
When you place an order, you will receive an email to confirm the transaction that will include your order number. This email will not have your tracking number on it. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a separate email notification that will include your tracking number. You will not receive a tracking number until your order is shipped. If you have not received your tracking number, your order may not have shipped yet.
When will my order be shipped?
Most in stock orders will be shipped within one business day of receipt. Orders are processed daily but are not shipped on weekends. Unless rush delivery is chosen, please allow up to three weeks for delivery of your order within the continental United States. Orders from outside the continental United States may exceed three weeks. Next day and 2nd day shipping are also available. Next day and 2nd day rates will be calculated at time of checkout. Shipping times are calculated from the date your order is shipped, not from the date your order is placed. When your order ships you will receive an email notification that will also include a tracking number.
